This notice explains how RNNVOTE handles information when you use rnnvote.com, create an account, sign in, pay, or vote.
Account information and Google sign-in
We process your account identifier, display name, email address, and any phone number you provide. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides an account identifier and basic profile information, which can include your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information to authenticate you and maintain your RNNVOTE account. We request only openid, email, and profile permissions, not access to Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive files. Your Google password is entered with Google and is not received by RNNVOTE.
Payments, votes, and service operation
We process records associated with your account, including votes, payment references, receipts or payment evidence, and account activity, to provide the service, reconcile transactions, investigate problems, and prevent misuse. Choosing Google sign-in does not itself change your account permissions or balance. Payment and SMS providers process information required for the payment or verification method you choose.
Service providers and technical information
Google provides Google sign-in, Supabase provides account authentication and database services, and Vercel hosts the website. We also use website analytics and error monitoring, including Sentry, to understand service performance and investigate failures. Technical records can include request details, browser or device information, timestamps, and network information processed by these providers. Necessary account or transaction information is handled by service providers to perform their functions. Providers may process information outside your country.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses cookies and browser storage to maintain your sign-in session, language preferences, and parts of an unfinished form. Signing out ends the local signed-in session; clearing browser storage can also remove it. We do not need your Google password to keep you signed in.
Retention, security, and your choices
We retain information as needed to operate your account and maintain transaction, security, and audit records. Access is restricted according to system responsibilities. You can choose an available sign-in method and can manage RNNVOTE access from your Google Account. Revoking access in Google does not automatically delete your RNNVOTE account or transaction history. Google account information is used for the account and sign-in purposes described here, not for personalized advertising.
Contact and account requests
Contact the RNNVOTE operator at the email below to ask about your information or request access, correction, account deletion, or removal of a linked sign-in method. We may need to verify account ownership. Transaction and security records may need to be retained even after account closure.
